Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth roadmap
Lead sales, marketing, and business development efforts to drive revenue and market expansion
Analyse markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and trends
Build and maintain strategic partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder relationships
Drive brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing and performance strategies
Ensure data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs, market analytics, and business performance
Anticipate risks and develop strategies to navigate market uncertainties and disruptions
Represent the company in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth within the organisation
4+ years of proven experience in business leadership, sales, or growth strategy
Strong expertise in sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue generation
Ability to analyse markets and create effective go-to-market strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Prior startup/early-stage experience preferred
Willingness to invest & grow with the company
