Core Responsibilities

• Technology Ownership

  : Take complete ownership of Instalaxmi's backend, mobile app, database, and cloud infrastructure.

• Product Development

  : Lead the development of scalable, secure, and reliable systems for digital gold savings, payments, and retail integrations.

• Team Building

  : Build and lead a lean but high-performance dev team in the future.

• Tech Strategy & Roadmap

  : Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the founder and business team.

• Quality & Security

  : Ensure bank-grade security, high availability, and smooth performance.

• Automation & Innovation

  : Constantly automate workflows and implement new features that empower jewellers and drive growth.

Ideal Profile

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience

   in full-stack development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or marketplace startups.
