Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tele Sales Representative, based in Thane with a hybrid work model allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, managing sales leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales expertise, including Training and Sales Management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
