Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Specialist, located in Thane with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Care Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also includes maintaining communication with customers and analyzing their feedback to improve services. The successful candidate will need to be proactive in identifying opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
