Co-Founder

As a Co-founder (Equity-Based) based in Bhubaneswar, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting venture that is building and scaling four bootstrapped startups in high-growth industries. These startups include BizVidya (EdTech), NPPD CARE (Healthcare & Wellness), DasVita (AgriTech), and Happy Gut Kitchen (FoodTech), each offering innovative solutions in their respective fields. Your main responsibility will be to take ownership of the product, operations, or business strategy of one of these startups, contributing to scaling efforts and driving execution. This role requires you to define and execute the vision for scaling the startup, oversee day-to-day operations, lead internal teams, conduct market research, and work on fundraising strategies and investor relations. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to build and scale businesses. Experience in product management, operations, or startup growth is essential, and a background in EdTech, Healthcare, AgriTech, or FoodTech would be a definite advantage. Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills are key, as well as a willingness to work in an equity-based model until funding is secured. This position offers you the chance to be a co-founder with equity in the startups, without a fixed salary until funding is obtained.
