About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Define business model, go-to-market strategy, and service offerings

• Plan short-term and long-term growth goals
• Set up pricing, revenue, and operational strategies

• Company Setup & Operations:

• Handle legal registrations, compliance, and documentation

• Build core operational processes and workflows
• Recruit and manage the initial in-house team

• Business Development & Marketing:

• Identify target markets and customer segments

• Build partnerships and client acquisition strategies
• Drive branding, social media, and marketing campaigns

• Service Delivery & Quality Control:

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) for services
• Implement monitoring, feedback, and improvement systems

• Financial & Growth Management:

• Track revenues, costs, and key business metrics

• Prepare investor-ready documents if seeking funding
• Drive company scaling and expansion plans
  

Who We Are Looking For:

• Highly 

  entrepreneurial and self-driven

• Comfortable with risk and equity-based roles

• Strong operational, strategic, and execution skills

• Ability to build teams, processes, and systems from scratch

• Excellent communication and leadership

   skills
• Prior 

  startup or service industry experience

   is a plus, but passion and ownership are critical

Equity Offering:
