Location: Flexible / Remote initially, with scope to move onsite as operations scale Role Type: Equity-only Co-Founder (no initial salary) About the Opportunity: Servon is at the idea stage , aiming to become a leading service-based company providing professional, reliable, and in-house installation, repair, maintenance, and cleaning solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Co-Founder who can build the company from scratch , plan and execute strategies, and drive operations to scale. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of strategy, setup, operations, and growth . Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Define business model, go-to-market strategy, and service offerings Plan short-term and long-term growth goals Set up pricing, revenue, and operational strategies Company Setup & Operations: Handle legal registrations, compliance, and documentation Build core operational processes and workflows Recruit and manage the initial in-house team Business Development & Marketing: Identify target markets and customer segments Build partnerships and client acquisition strategies Drive branding, social media, and marketing campaigns Service Delivery & Quality Control: Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) for services Implement monitoring, feedback, and improvement systems Financial & Growth Management: Track revenues, costs, and key business metrics Prepare investor-ready documents if seeking funding Drive company scaling and expansion plans Who We Are Looking For: Highly entrepreneurial and self-driven Comfortable with risk and equity-based roles Strong operational, strategic, and execution skills Ability to build teams, processes, and systems from scratch Excellent communication and leadership skills Prior startup or service industry experience is a plus, but passion and ownership are critical Equity Offering: Equity-based role: 20% of the company Full ownership and decision-making authority for operations and strategy execution Why Join Servon: Opportunity to build a service startup from the ground up Full creative and operational freedom Equity ownership in a potentially high-growth business Be a founding member shaping the company culture and vision
