Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder with investment, located in Bhopal with some flexibility for remote work. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, building strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales efforts, and guiding the company’s overall vision and strategy. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing investor relations, and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Expert knowledge in carbon credits CCTS and EPR.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to build strategic partnerships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Financial acumen and ability to manage investor relations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
