But to build this into something truly impactful, I know and shouldn’t do it alone. The Opportunity: We’re seeking a Co-founder who can bring passion, expertise, and a shared vision to the table. This role requires an investment of ₹15 lakhs , and in return, you’ll receive ownership equity in the business. Experience or interest in business strategy, growth, branding, and marketing. A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to the company’s vision and direction. Strong leadership skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved. Has a startup mindset—hands-on, adaptable, and ready to build fast and learn faster Wants to grow something real, not just write code Knows how to build a brand that people trust, especially in the wellness or SaaS space Loves crafting human, meaningful messaging that connects and builds community Understands growth—organic strategies, social media, partnerships, and early traction Is excited about creating engaging campaigns and content that drive impact, not just clicks Has a natural flair for storytelling, branding, and creative experimentation Believes mental wellness should be affordable, ethical, and stigma-free Your Role: Collaborate on business strategy and decision-making. Support in scaling the business and driving growth. Help build and execute branding and marketing strategies. Bring innovative ideas to the table and contribute to the overall vision of Mindyatra.
