• Strong leadership skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

• Has a startup mindset—hands-on, adaptable, and ready to build fast and learn faster

• Wants to grow something real, not just write code

• Knows how to build a brand that people trust, especially in the wellness or SaaS space

• Loves crafting human, meaningful messaging that connects and builds community

• Understands growth—organic strategies, social media, partnerships, and early traction

• Is excited about creating engaging campaigns and content that drive impact, not just clicks

• Has a natural flair for storytelling, branding, and creative experimentation

• Believes mental wellness should be affordable, ethical, and stigma-free

Your Role:

• Collaborate on business strategy and decision-making.
• Support in scaling the business and driving growth.
• Help build and execute branding and marketing strategies.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table and contribute to the overall vision of Mindyatra.
