About the Role

Marketing & Operations team

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms (content posting, engagement, analytics).
• Support in creating marketing materials (presentations, brochures, creatives).
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
• Assist in lead generation and customer outreach activities.

• Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in data entry, documentation, and process management.
• Support client servicing activities.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Terms & Conditions

1. Duration:

   3 months (from date of joining).

2. Stipend:

   ₹5,000 per month, payable at the end of each month.

3. Certificate:

   An Internship completion certificate will be provided after successful completion of the internship.

4. Work Hours:

   [ 4–6 hours/day, Mon–Sat].

5. Performance:

   Continuation of internship is subject to satisfactory performance.

6. Confidentiality:

   Interns must maintain the confidentiality of all company data and projects.

7. Termination:

   The company reserves the right to terminate the internship with immediate effect in case of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or underperformance.
