Co-Founder (Business Development & Growth)

Role Description

As a Co-Founder, you will be pivotal in shaping the direction and success of Mindful Wonderer. This full-time, on-site role is located in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, overseeing operations, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting research, and leading initiatives to drive growth and impact. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for strategic planning and decision-making
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

• Proven experience in sales and marketing to drive growth and awareness
• Proven experience in

  business development, B2B partnerships, or sales
