Key Skills & Responsibilities:

lead and execute

• Build and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, social, content, paid)
• Identify growth channels and run experiments to acquire users and partners
• Drive brand visibility and customer engagement

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships
• Create and manage a sales pipeline
• Onboard vendors, collaborators, or B2B clients (if applicable)

• Use data to drive decisions and optimize customer funnels
• Track KPIs, build dashboards, and turn insights into action
• Evaluate experiments, campaigns, and market trends

• Set up and manage customer success operations
• Handle queries, feedback loops, and relationship management
• Build a loyal user base and community

• Oversee day-to-day business ops
• Build and refine business processes
• Assist in legal, compliance, and financial areas (where needed)

• Contribute to product-market fit discovery
• Shape company strategy, culture, and roadmap
• Be the business brain to complement the tech side

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2–8 years of experience in relevant areas (startup, growth, BD, analytics)
• Are passionate about building a company from scratch
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and risk tolerance
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Can work full-time with no immediate salary (initially equity-based)
• Are self-driven and don't wait for instructions
