ELV Car Scrappage Company – Gurgaon

We are a 2-year-old, revenue-generating end-of-life (ELV) car scrappage company based in Gurgaon, operating with a 10-member team and strong sourcing channels. We focus on compliant, transparent scrappage, and are scaling toward RVSF licensing, national partnerships, and multi-city expansion.

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Senior Leader to drive strategic partnerships, vehicle sourcing, RVSF compliance, and business expansion. The role focuses on building predictable supply from OEMs, insurers, government fleets, and corporate fleet owners.

• Build B2B partnerships with OEMs, insurance companies, fleet operators, and government departments.
• Lead sourcing strategy to secure a consistent inflow of ELV vehicles.
• Drive RVSF licensing process and ensure compliance with all regulatory norms.
• Scale operations in targeted micro-markets and expand RVSF partner network nationally.
• Strengthen logistics, pickup operations, and customer experience processes.
• Support technology roadmap for procurement, COD exchange, and future spare-parts e-commerce.
• Represent the company with regulators, partners, and investors.

• 8–20 years’ experience in:
• OEMs, insurance (motor claims), fleet/leasing, mobility, recycling, logistics, or similar fields.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and manage government/industry relationships.
• Experience in operations, supply acquisition, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Entrepreneur mindset with willingness to take ownership in a scaling business.
