Architect the Future of Gaming, AI & Interactive Experiences

Experience: 

5-8 years in tech leadership, product engineering, preferably in media or gaming systems

Co-founder status with strategic ownership and equity  

The Opportunity:

This isn’t just a CTO role -- it’s a chance to write the script for gaming in India. We’re building an audacious company at the intersection of hybrid gaming, AI-powered people-worlds-devices, interactive, video & non-GUI experiences. As a Co-Founder CTO, you’ll be the technical visionary who turns bold ideas into scalable, immersive realities.

You’ll Drive: 

Tech Strategy & Architecture  

- Define and evolve the tech stack for AI-powered gaming engines, LLMs, LWMs, and other media environments & experiences  

- Architect scalable backend systems and high-performance interactive platforms  

- Build modular frameworks for co-developed and original IP projects  

Product Engineering & Innovation 

- Lead prototyping and development of gaming mechanics, AI-world & virtual player behaviours, and interactive media

- Collaborate with designers and product leads to push, break & define creative boundaries  

- Ungrudgingly embrace emerging tech -- LLMs, LWMs, generative media, XR, and more  

Team Building & Culture

- Assemble and mentor a multi-dimensioned tech team with a hacker mindset  

- Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and clean code  

- Champion agile workflows and lean development practices  

Growth & Vision 

- Shape the company’s roadmap alongside the other founding team members  

- Engage with investors, partners, and clients to represent the tech vision  

- Help define India’s voice in the global gaming and interactive media landscape  

Who You Are 

- A builder at heart with significant experience in game development, AI systems, or media platforms

- Fluent in modern stacks (Unity/Unreal, webRTC, Node.js, Python, cloud infra, etc.)  

- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and zero-to-one execution  

- Passionate about storytelling, user experience, and pushing tech boundaries  

- Bonus: experience with avatar systems, generative AI, or multiplayer architectures
