• Full-Stack Development with a Cloud-Native Mindset:

  Proven experience in building and deploying scalable applications. Proficiency with

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  is a must, including services like GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.

• Blockchain and Smart Contract Development:

  Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and hands-on experience writing secure, audited smart contracts (ideally in Solidity).

• AI/ML Integration:

  Practical experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, and integrating them into a larger software platform.

• SaaS Architecture:

  A track record of building multi-tenant SaaS platforms, understanding key concepts like data security, user isolation, and efficient resource management.

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  Proven experience in developing and executing a GTM strategy for a new B2B or B2C SaaS product.

• Sales and Business Development:

  A strong network and a track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships in the enterprise or tech sector.

• Fundraising and Investor Relations:

  Experience in preparing pitch decks, presenting to investors, and successfully raising seed or angel funding.

• Marketing and Branding:

  The ability to build a compelling brand story and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.

• Shared Vision:

  Both of you must be completely aligned on the company's mission to address industry challenges with AI and Blockchain.

• Extreme Resilience:

  The ideal person can handle intense pressure, setbacks, and long hours without losing motivation or focus.

• Complementary Strengths:

  They should genuinely fill your skill gaps. For instance, if you're the coder, they should be the storyteller and salesperson.

• Open Communication:

  A willingness to have difficult conversations, give and receive feedback, and make tough decisions together is non-negotiable.

• Proactive and Resourceful:

  This person should be able to solve problems independently with limited resources, showing a strong sense of ownership.

A co-founder relationship is a full-time commitment, not a part-time job.
