The candidate should have through knowledge of VTL, VMC, CNC, HMC. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and continuous process improvement to meet organizational targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely completion of machined casting to the customers Responsible for productivity and OEE Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of production. Coordinate with other departments, such as planning, procurement, maintenance, Sales and quality assurance. Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance to the management Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with cross functional teams.
