SETTER CUM OPERATOR FOR HMC ,VMC,VTL,CNC .

Summary:

We are looking for(VMC/HMC/CNC) Machine Programmer / Setter for Milling (VMC/HMC/VTL/CNC) Machines. The candidate should have thorough understanding of manufacturing concepts & processes. The candidate should independently be able to understand Engineering drawings, come up with operation sequence to manufacture parts, design / develop fixtures as needed, select required cutting tools, program and machine the parts to completion, train operators for bulk production, monitor and optimize programs during production.

Qualification and Skills required:

• ITI / Diploma / B.E.
• Knowledge in operating FANUC
• MASTERCAM software knowledge is an added benefit

Experience:

Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Program / Setup Milling (VMC/HMC/CNC) Machines
• Study and understand Engineering Drawings, and come up with operation sequence to manufacture
• Design and develop fixtures
• Cycle time reduction by optimizing CNC /VMC/HMCprograms and selecting apt cutting tools
• New Product Development
• Enhancing Production efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
