Job description : Knowledge in HMC, VMC,VTL and Turning. Responsible for Feasibility evaluation, process evaluation and cost estimation for new RFQs. Responsible for New process implementation, Fixture Development planning in line with APQP. Deciding on the type of cutting tools & inserts selection, cnc machines selection , Preliminary process flow and process parameters, to realize the product and its development. PPAP submission and getting approval for new products. Cost estimation in coordination with marketing and other relevant departments. Responsible for APQP Planning and implementation, Communicating Progress of projects to Customer and internal functions. Continual Improvement in fixture designs , process Development concepts.
