Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for operating and setting up CNC milling machines to produce precision components as per design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to job instructions. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and process sheets. Load and unload workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and clamping. Select, install, and replace cutting tools as needed. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.). Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawing. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the workstation. Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow safety protocols and maintain production records. Qualifications & Skills:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as CNC Milling Operator. Hands-on experience in CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens preferred). Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision instruments. Good understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining operations.
