Position: CNC Milling Operator

Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: ITI( Machinist ) — Mandatory / Diploma in Mechanical

Location: Adibatla, Telangana

Role Overview

Responsible for operating CNC milling machines, performing tool setting, part inspection, and maintaining accuracy as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis, 4-axis, 5 -axis CNC milling machines independently.
• Perform job setup: fixture alignment, tool loading, tool offset settings.
• Read & interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks as per control plan/inspection plan.
• Use measuring instruments: Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, dial indicator, bore gauge.
• Make minor program edits and tool corrections as required.
• Monitor tool wear, tool life, and surface finish quality.
• Follow daily machine maintenance (coolant, cleaning, lubrication).
• Achieve daily production targets with zero defects.
• Maintain documentation, process sheets, and job cards.

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in CNC Milling (3, 4 and 5 Axis)
• Knowledge of FANUC / Siemens / Haas controls.
• Ability to adjust tool offsets and perform basic program editing.
• Knowledge of machining operations: milling, drilling, contouring, pocketing, tapping.

Quality & Drawing Skills

• Proficiency in precision measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of GD&T and machining tolerances.
• Ability to achieve close tolerances and fine surface finishes.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in shifts & under production timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
