Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad & Pune for a CNC Maintenance Engineer (5-10years. The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC machines, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, and ensuring machinery operates at optimal performance. The engineer will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, participate in routine maintenance activities, and work closely with the maintenance team to support production operations. Maintaining compliance with safety standards and documentation for all maintenance activities will be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications (Diploma/BE Mechanical, Electrical)

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Experience with Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance strategies and their implementation
Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance
Problem-solving and fault-diagnosis skills for CNC machinery issues
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is preferred
Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adhere to safety protocols
