Job Description

Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance

diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair

Respond to
machine breakdowns
and ensure quick restoration to reduce downtime.
Execute
preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
to enhance machine reliability.

CNC Machine Expertise

Maintenance of CNC components: spindles, servo motors, ball screws, linear guides, tool changers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Work with machine control systems (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi or similar).
Calibration and alignment of machine axes and mechanical parts
Electrical & Mechanical Support
Troubleshoot issues in electrical panels, drives, sensors, PLC, VFDs, and safety circuits.
Ensure proper functioning of mechanical assemblies, lubrication systems, coolant systems, and utility equipment.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, service reports, and maintenance logs.
Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S standards in the plant.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support when required.

Continuous Improvement

Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
Support projects related to machine upgrades, automation, and productivity improvement.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic maintenance problems.
