Designation: SALES MANAGER

WORK LOCATION - ( Salem , Coimbatore )

Roles & Responsibilties:

Responsible to do the new KYC business
Recruiting Sales exectuives for every Branch and conducting on field training
Allocation, Monitoring & Delievering the desired Traget on time
Travel across the Cluster to conduct Meetings/Trainings/Reviews
Indentity the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the activity, date and location
Conduct timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business

Key Skills:

Team handling
Sales Experience (Preferably Direct Sales)
