Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Officer, based in Jalandhar with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales operations, handle lead generation activities, and build relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include collaborating with channel partners, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and expansion of sales networks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline preferred
