Job Description

As a Cluster Head Sales (Healthcare), your primary role is to oversee sales performance, partner acquisition, channel management, field marketing, and operational discipline within a defined cluster. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving sales and revenue targets across various healthcare services such as doctor consultation, diagnostic services, pharmacy, hospitalization, teleconsultation, and clinics. You will be responsible for driving both direct and partner-led sales models and tracking key metrics like lead-to-conversion ratio, repeat usage, and monthly revenue. - Facilitating lead generation and managing patient lead sourcing mechanisms from various sources. You will oversee the rollout and onboarding of MedoMITRs or health assistants, ensuring proper training, activation, and productivity monitoring. Enforcing SOPs for MITR engagement, community activation, and patient service delivery is crucial. - Identifying, shortlisting, onboarding, and managing healthcare franchisees, partners, and MITRs. Supporting revenue generation from these partners through training, tools, and structured engagement while ensuring adherence to brand standards and service quality. - Ensuring daily route plan adherence by all sales and field staff, monitoring field movement using GPS tools or apps, and tracking productivity KPIs. Conducting surprise field visits and reviews to ensure discipline and efficiency. - Planning and executing various marketing and outreach activities such as ATL, BTL marketing, health camps, HAAT meetings, village-level engagement, and block-level promotional activities. Building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with marketing and operations teams for local campaigns and community branding. - Leading a team of Area Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and Field Officers. Conducting regular training, reviews, and performance interventions to cultivate a mission-driven team culture aligned with healthcare impact and business growth. - Maintaining accurate CRM usage, daily reporting discipline, and lead tracking. Analyzing sales funnel, team output, patient feedback, and campaign ROI. Sharing ground insights and improvement areas with senior management regularly.
