Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through direct sales.

Develop and execute strategies for home loans, unsecured loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and mortgage loans.

The candidate should have relevant experience purely in Affordable Housing, handling BSMs and ROs/RMs, and building his own team.

Achieving business target and earning good incentives.

Branch visit from time to time.

Coordination with other departments and team for proper sanction and disbursement of files.

Preparing and Review of all the MIS .

Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.
