Job Description


Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers to ensure high performance across all stores. Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, customer service standards, and store operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. - - Sales and Performance Management: - - Drive sales performance across all stores in the cluster by setting clear targets and monitoring achievement. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. - - Create action plans for underperforming stores and monitor their progress. Ensure effective inventory management to maximize stock availability and minimize stock outs. Customer Experience and Brand Standards: - - Ensure that all stores provide a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Monitor store adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and store layout. - Address customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Operational Efficiency: - - - Oversee the day-to-day operations of all stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Manage store budgets and control costs, ensuring profitability without compromising quality or service. - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft. Communication and Reporting: - - - Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on store performance, staffing issues, and other key metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory levels, staffing, and operational issues. Foster open communication between stores to share best practices and improve overall performance. New Store Openings and Closures: - - Support the opening of new stores within the cluster, ensuring proper staffing, training, and operational setup. Coordinate store closures or relocations, ensuring that all processes are followed smoothly.


Market Research and Competitor Analysis: - - Stay informed on the latest retail trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions. Implement strategies to keep the stores competitive and aligned with market demands. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: - Minimum of 7 years and above of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years and above in a multi-store or regional management role. - Experience in apparel or fashion retail is highly desirable. Skills: - - - - Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
