Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations across multiple branches within the cluster. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and training the sales team, and developing effective sales strategies. The role also involves performance monitoring, market analysis, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Experience in sales strategy development and market analysis
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the housing finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Andhra Pradesh.
