Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with 1-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements

Experience in managing gold loan products is an added advantage.
