We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with 1-6 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in managing gold loan products is an added advantage.
