Job Description

  • 1. Cluster Sales Performance
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets for the assigned cluster
  • Drive multi-bank credit card sales including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
  • Monitor territory-wise and bank-wise performance within the cluster
  • Ensure steady growth in approvals, activations, and payouts

2. Territory and Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage Territory Officers, Team Leaders, and field executives
  • Allocate targets and territories within the cluster
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits
  • Improve productivity and efficiency across all teams

3. Lead Generation and Market Expansion

  • Strengthen open market, corporate, and referral channels across the cluster
  • Identify high-potential locations and expansion opportunities
  • Support local tie-ups and on-ground promotional activities

4. Sales Quality and Compliance Control

  • Maintain healthy approval-to-rejection ratio at cluster level
  • Ensure quality sourcing and strict adherence to bank and DSA guidelines
  • Minimize fraud, mis-selling, and documentation errors
  • Implement corrective actions for quality issues

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with bank channel managers and internal teams
  • Act as the primary escalation point for cluster-level issues
  • Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, operations, and banks

6. Training and Capability Building

  • Conduct product, process, and compliance training for teams
  • Coach Team Leaders and Territory Officers for leadership development
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires

7. Reporting, MIS, and Analytics

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly cluster MIS
  • Analyze trends, gaps, and performance metrics
  • Share insights and action plans with senior management

8. Cost and Resource Optimization

  • Manage incentives, expenses, and manpower within approved budgets
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI

9. Growth and Strategic Initiatives

  • Support launch of new banks, products, or campaigns within the cluster
  • Contribute to cluster expansion and scaling strategies
  • Assist leadership in strategic planning and execution

10. Brand Governance and Ethics

  • Ensure ethical sales practices across the cluster
  • Protect company and bank brand reputation
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
