Role and Responsibilities:
1.Leadership and Team Management:
Provide leadership an direction to the facility Management team, including supervisors, technicians and administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative and high performance work culture, motivating team members to achieve their goals effectively.
2. Operational Planning and implementation:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize facility management processes including maintenance, repair and housekeeping
Establish and enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
3. Budgeting and cost control:
Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility management operations including maintenance expenses, staffing costs and equipment procurement.
Implement measures to control operational costs optimization and resource allocation without compromising service quality or safety standard.
4.Compliance and regulatory oversight:
Stay abreast of relevant regulations ,codes and standard related to facility management and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Conduct periodic audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ,addressing their inquires, concerns and feedback in timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients ,understanding their needs and expectations.
6. Performance Monitoring and reporting:
Establish Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of facility management services.
Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements ,challenges and recommendations for enhancement.
