Sales Achievement: Drive sales through DSAs and Advisors to achieve targets related to premiums, policies, and advisor activations. Training & Development: Provide continuous training and skill development for DSAs and Advisors to enhance productivity. Market Expansion: Explore and develop new markets within the assigned geography. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with DSAs, Advisors, and customers to ensure long-term business success. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the performance of DSAs and Advisors, providing support and corrective actions as needed. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and ethical practices. Reporting: Maintain regular MIS and business reports for tracking performance and progress.
