Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and customers.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
