Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Chennai. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing a cluster of branch offices, ensuring they meet their sales targets, and implementing business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the performance of sales teams, training and developing staff, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with various internal departments. The role also involves regular analysis of sales data and the formulation of strategies to increase market share and profitability.
