Job Purpose:

To be an interface between ETLI, CSB/FSFBL partner bank branch, internal & external customer and achieve the assigned target along with RM productivity

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

To ensure Hiring, onboarding & full capacitation of sales team in the branches
To achieve assigned target by maintaining excellent relationship with the bank branch staff
To drive the RM for achieving their goals by close monitoring & maintain productivity on various business vectors which influence the performance.
To execute new initiatives for business development in the branches & branch staff and generate fresh leads
To provide proper mentoring to the team and groom them for an enhanced performance
To enhance the knowledge & awareness in the branches of channel partner & team.
To develop strategy planning for business development with bank branches and ensure quality delivery
To ensure career growth of every individual in the team through performance and support them through joint sales call
