Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Cluster Head. The role involves overseeing operations, managing multiple teams, and ensuring the successful execution of educational programs. The Cluster Head will strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), drive team performance, enhance student engagement, and ensure all processes align with company objectives. The role also includes fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities within the cluster.

• Proficiency in operational strategy, planning, and execution to ensure seamless regional performance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
