Role Description This is a full-time on-site Cluster Head role located in New Delhi at Urban Money. The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing multiple requirements of the borrowing process, such as interest rates, lender options, comparisons, documentation, etc. The role involves overseeing a team to deliver hassle-free loan solutions to clients and ensuring end-to-end services. Qualifications Experience in financial services industry, particularly in banking Strong leadership and team management skills Understanding of lending processes and loan products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications in finance or banking is a plus Show more Show less
