Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Head to lead, manage, and drive sales performance across multiple locations or branches within a defined geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a team of sales managers and executives, and ensuring high standards of customer engagement, market penetration, and revenue growth. A candidate who can bring his/her own team to us is welcome. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute cluster-level sales plans aligned with regional strategy Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across locations Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats 2. Team Management Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and/or Sales Executives Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate performance of team members Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture 3. Operational Oversight Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction Ensure effective use of CRM tools and reporting systems Oversee inventory, promotional campaigns, and partner/vendor engagement (if applicable) 4. Business Development Expand client base through networking, partnerships, and local engagement Manage key accounts and high-value negotiations Drive customer acquisition and retention programs 5. Reporting & Analytics Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports Analyze team KPIs to identify gaps and take corrective action Present cluster performance updates to senior leadership Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 05 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and deliver against aggressive targets Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and planning People management and coaching Data-driven decision-making Customer-centric approach Agility and adaptability
