Job Title: CRM Assistant Manager Location: Gurgaon Sector 43 Experience: 3-4 Years in a Real Estate Developer Firm Working days : 6 (Monday to Saturday) Interested Candidates can drop their CVs at 6200519140 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in a real estate developer firm , with strong expertise in RERA compliance, demand calling, collections, and customer relationship management . The role involves coordinating with customers, ensuring timely payments, resolving collection issues, and ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales. Handle customer queries, grievances, and requests related to payments, documentation, and project updates. Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience. Demand Calling & Collections: Follow up with customers for timely payment of installment dues as per the payment schedule. Ensure prompt resolution of collection issues, coordinate with finance teams, and maintain accurate records. Provide regular updates to management on outstanding payments and collection status. RERA Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all processes comply with RERA regulations and maintain relevant documentation. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, demand letters, and other legal documents. Coordinate with legal teams for contract management and dispute resolution. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer information. Generate and analyze reports related to collections, pending payments, and customer interactions. Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline CRM processes. Key Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in a real estate developer firm in a CRM role. Strong knowledge of RERA guidelines and compliance . Experience in demand calling, collection follow-ups, and issue resolution . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Ability to multitask and handle customer escalations effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience in real estate customer handling and after-sales service. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
