Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams across 10 branches. Oversee Branch Managers to ensure effective sales strategies and achievement of branch-wise sales targets. Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the company s overall sales objectives. Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all branches. Coordinate with the head office for sales updates, reporting, and strategy alignment. Drive cross-functional collaboration with the Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to streamline loan processing. Regularly review branch performance and address any gaps in sales targets. Prepare and present reports on branch performance to the senior management. Qualifications Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and 3 years in Business Loans (BL). 2. Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving business targets. 3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple branches and ensure performance consistency. 5.
