Role & responsibilities : 1. Target setting & Budgeting: a. Work on a detailed plan to address the number of potential walk-ins required (at a defined conversion rate) for every studio in the cluster to address the target. b. Keep revalidating the plan against the set target to ensure that there is a robust funnel of potential walk-ins. 2. Lead Generation: a. Responsible for generating offline leads that result in studio walk-ins at an area level. Managing the P& L and ensure all the studios are profitable. i. Map areas around each studio in terms of potential customers. ii. Identify customer needs pertaining to yoga and fitness around every studio within the cluster assigned. iii. Create a lead generation plan / activity calendar specific to each studio in the cluster that would lead to increase in walk-ins. iv. Convey the plan to the marketing team, and work with them to create collaterals that would address those needs. v. Organize offline events (camps, studio activations, etc.) with the marketing team at a cluster level to increase awareness of DIVA studios. vi. Responsible for identifying the right media (print, flyers, hoardings, posters etc.) specific to the cluster. 3. Funnel Management: Work with the marketing team to conduct events and other offline activities at a cluster / studio level. a. Events: i. Responsible for collection & documentation of customer data at every touch point including events, camps, etc. ii. Ensure data is sent to the customer delight team for follow-up and qualification of leads. iii. Review the data from the customer delight team to understand the number potential walk-ins from the events conducted. iv. Intimate the studio manager regarding the walk-ins expected per week as qualified by the client delight team. v. Follow-up with the studio managers on the number of actual walk-ins. vi. In case of a no show follow-up with the potential customers (either directly or through customer delight team). b. Other Offline Activities: i. Follow-up with both studio managers and customer delight team to understand the number of walk-ins due to offline media activations. ii. Follow-up with the studio managers on the number of actual walk-ins. iii. In case of a no show follow-up with the potential customers (either directly or through customer delight team). 4. Data and risk Management: a. Collect & maintain all the customer data regarding offline leads generated. b. Analyse data to evaluate performance of marketing activities which have led to the highest number of walk-ins & subsequent trial sessions.
