Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage overall accounting and finance operations Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits Prepare and monitor budgets , forecasts, and financial plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports for management review Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Preferred candidate profile : Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1+ year of post-qualification experience Strong understanding of accounts, compliance, audit coordination, and budgeting Proficient in preparing and analyzing MIS reports Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Perks and benefits : Opportunities for career growth and leadership roles Exposure to strategic financial planning and decision-making Supportive work culture and professional development
