Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivating relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders is crucial for securing funding. Securing Funding: This involves soliciting donations, grants, sponsorships, and other forms of funding. Fundraising Analytics: Analyzing fundraising data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Financial Planning Responsibilities: Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing budgets, forecasting future financial needs, and tracking actual performance against budgets. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, including board members and executive staff.
