Job Title: Cluster Head Large Corporate / Mid Corporate

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and execution across the Corporate Business segment
Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and expand wallet share across products
Engage with senior stakeholders across large corporates and MSMEs
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and market research
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, service) to deliver a seamless client experience
Manage a high-performing team and ensure delivery of business targets

Key Requirements:

10–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in B2B Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting, or Commercial Banking
Proven track record in corporate acquisition and relationship management
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with financial and technology orientation
Willingness to travel as needed
