As a Cluster Head - Branch Banking at Madurai location under the Retail Banking business unit, your role involves overseeing the operational aspects of branches, including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales. You will guide Branch Managers in assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans contributing to larger branch banking channel objectives. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage budget allocation efficiently - Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions for challenges and growth opportunities - Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities with other branches and headquarters - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly - Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and laws - Network to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and company - Stay updated on competing markets, provide reports on market movement and penetration - Establish the Bank and the brand in the catchment area - Achieve product targets for the Cluster including CASA, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, and TD, and manage group business products - Build relationships with individual and corporate customers - Manage customer-centric operations to ensure customer satisfaction - Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback - Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Facilitate a customer-centric branch channel and achieve/exceed defined NPS targets - Monitor branch network expansion as per the defined business plan **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Attract and retain top talent for key roles in the reporting structure - Monitor employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates to make necessary improvements - Support teams to achieve growth targets **Educational Qualifications:** - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate in Finance (MBA preferred) With 14+ years of relevant branch banking experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role.,
