Cluster Collections Manager, Muzaffarpur

As a part of PhonePe Limited, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Collection Executives and collaborating with third-party recovery agencies. Your role will involve providing close supervision, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets its targets. You will drive the collections process for your assigned cluster, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop collections strategies tailored to the specific nature of overdue accounts. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing data, portfolio health, and optimizing strategies for improved collections effectiveness.
