Position: Club Manager

Location: On-site | Full-time

Compensation: 35,000 – 65,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and service-oriented Club Manager to lead the

operations of our premium fitness and wellness club. The role demands a professional who

can blend operational efficiency with exceptional member experience, uphold brand

excellence, and drive sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated member

experience.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain service and performance

excellence.

• Ensure the facility reflects the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and

aesthetics.

• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance membership acquisition and

retention.

• Manage budgets, monitor key performance metrics, and optimize operational

efficiency.

• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen brand visibility

and community engagement.

• Uphold compliance with all operational, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or

luxury services.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on service excellence and member satisfaction

.• Passion for wellness, fitness, and brand-driven leadership.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
