Club Executive

Core responsibilities Facility Management: Ensure all club facilities (pool, gym, tennis courts, etc.) are clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order. This includes scheduling preventive maintenance and handling repairs. Event Coordination: Plan and execute club events, meetings, and activities. Coordinate with residents on booking club facilities for private functions. Membership and Resident Services: Manage the membership application process, handle resident queries, and act as a point of contact to ensure resident satisfaction. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, including front desk and maintenance personnel. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, bookings, and finances. You may also be responsible for generating reports and managing club policies. Communication: Act as a liaison between the club management, staff, and residents. This includes communicating club policies and upcoming events.  Key skills and qualifications Leadership and communication: Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups of residents and staff. Operations and administration: Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in administrative tasks, record-keeping, and potentially software like Microsoft Office. Customer service: A strong commitment to providing excellent service and resolving resident issues or complaints. Problem-solving: Ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges and make effective decisions. Experience: Prior experience in club management, hospitality, or facilities management is often preferred.
