(UFT) – Corporate Office, Sector 65, Noida Position: Female Admin Applicant Type: Full-time, on-roll, immediate Job Description Greet visitors, manage & maintain  reception. Update HRIS attendance, leave records; generate payroll inputs. Raise POs for stationery, pantry, merch; negotiate vendors, track budget. Log facility tickets, follow up with existing clients organise staff events. Verify invoices, assist finance; handle courier, e-way bills, statutory registers. Support HR onboarding, asset tagging, ID cards. Suggest process tweaks to lift employee experience. Must-Have ✓ Graduate; 1-2 yrs corporate admin/EA experience. ✓ Fluent English & Hindi, polished grooming, secrecy ethic. ✓ MS Office + Google Workspace; Zoho/ERP/Tally edge. ✓ Police verification, alternate-Sat willingness. Desirable Admin/secretarial cert, basic accounting, two-wheeler license. Shift 8:30 am–5:30 pm Mon-Sa; 9:30 am–3 pm alt Sat; one WFH Sat post-probation.
