CloudOps Engineer

Position Title: CloudOps Engineer/Senior CloudOps Engineer – L2

Reports to (Title): Manager – Managed Services

Experience- 4 - 6 Year

Location: Noida Position

Summary: DesignNex currently seeking Managed Services CloudOps for IoT projects in the Smart Products & IoT Strategic Innovation Centre in India team. This role is responsible for supporting managed services & application/product Operations for IoT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage provisioning, alerting, and monitoring of AWS environments.
• Work with QA, UAT/Staging, and Production setups.
• Manage Git/CodeCommit, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS CLI.
• Configure real-time monitoring and alerts (CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk).
• Daily health checks, security best practices, and infra optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and maintain logs (Lambda, API, CloudWatch).
• Work on AWS billing analysis and cost monitoring.
• Automate tasks using Python and Bash.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS serverless services.
• Experience in IoT or connected product environments.
• Strong skills in Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Athena, IoT Core, CodeCommit, CodeBuild.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Jira and scripting (Python, Bash, Node).

Preferred

• Experience with New Relic, Kibana, Splunk.
• IoT operations for large device fleets.
• L2 support experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability.
• Comfortable with 24×7 shift environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-driven and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
